Learner Management: bulk add learners to a course #1454

It would be nice if teachers could bulk-add learners to a course, instead of having to enter each student one at a time.

I do think this is second on my wishlist for Sensei! If we can just upload a CSV, its perfect.

Integrate this with WooCommerce Memberships, so the hundreds of users that purchase are automatically added. Also add option to bulk remove students from course (effectively resetting their progress) Since course progress cannot easily be reset.
