Quizes: Allow them to work with private lessons #512

Currently when adding a quiz to a private lesson the they don't show up in the front end.

This will make the lives of lesson creators easier if they can see the private lessons with its quiz before making it public.

The admin can already see the quiz for a private lesson. This will only become an issue if there was a teacher role that could create lessons but we can re-look the issues if it comes up again.
