[Spike] Define a way to buy sensei-pro from the editor

Goal

We need to identify the effort and possible risks of implementing and detecting the completion of an upgrade process starting from an editor block.

Context

Expected Output

Create or update any existent block to show a simple button that triggers the sensei-pro purchase and after the purchase is we need to display a label (or any other solution) to confirm we are able to identify if the user is backing from the purchase flow.

@gabrielcaires Just to confirm, "upgrade process" here doesn't mean actually installing the plugin on the user's site for them, is that correct?
