Issue trying to customize progress bar color on Learning Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Learning Mode template.
2. Try to change colors on Global Styles, and try to set colors directly in the "Course Progress Bar" block.

What I Expected

To be able to customize the progress bar's inner color.

What Happened Instead

The color remains green on the editor and on the frontend.

The same happens with non block themes while using the customizer.
