Learning Mode Template: font color can't be changed for the Course Navigation block #7260

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Learning Mode globally
  2. Activate the Course Theme
  3. Go to Full Site Editor to edit the Learning Mode Lesson template
  4. Add a Course Navigation block
  5. Change the font color for the Course Navigation block

What I Expected

Font color for the Course Navigation changes to the selected color

What Happened Instead

Font color doesn't change at all

@jinnypark I'm not able to reproduce this using the Course theme or a non-block theme like Astra. I think this PR needs more details about how to reproduce, or else we should close it.

@donnapep - have you tried changing font colors? In my test, most color changes worked except for the font colors. (font background works fine too).
