Mailchimp emails not sending when subscribers join the mailing list #7627

The welcome series of emails that are supposed to send when someone joins our mailing list from Sensei's wizard are not triggering. We need to fix this and ensure that both email campaigns (for Sensei and Sensei Pro) are sending.

I'll need to take this one despite it being high because our plan only allows for a single admin account on Mailchimp.

I believe this has been fixed. Now I need to wait to ensure that the emails are sent at the appropriate intervals

The Sensei Mailchimp campaign emails stopped sending on the second to last email. I believe this is because we only get 1,000 sends per month with the free plan. This is preventing the backlog of emails from sending. The limit will reset on August 19th, at which time we should be able to eliminate the backlog of queued emails.

The limit reset, however, the emails did not start sending as we were over our 500 contacts limit. I've archived some of the contacts who weren't scheduled to receive any of the welcome emails.
