Keyboards' word suggestion not working #1477

keyboards (AOSP and OpenBoard) the "word suggestions" feature is not working.

Reported in 4278917-zen. I'm not able to test this because I don't have the setup.

others notes apps (Orgzly, Notally, Standard Notes) the issue is not reproducible.

Hi, I can relate. I have installed the keyboard OpenBoard and the suggestion is working everywhere except on SimpleNote : the suggestion bar it not shown.

Could you see if there is a parameter to comply with this keyboard ?

I've got the same issue, using my two Fairphones 2, both using AOSP derivatives (Fairphone Open [Android 10], LineAgeOS 18.1 [Android 11]).

Issue has been going since the end of 2021.
