UI Improvements

The following changes would go a long way to freshen things up for Simplenote and make it look in line with newer Android design:

~ The app needs to be updated to be based on Material Design 3.

~ Android 12+ Dynamic Theming support.

~ The Android Navigation Bar should be transparent and content should be drawn below it.

~ Status Bar should be transparent.

~ Android 13+ Themed Icon support.
