We had to halt the rollout for 2.28 due to significant number of crashes which was fixed in https://github.com/Automattic/simplenote-android/pull/1605. Since there is no specific release schedule for this project, I've opted to submit 2.29 instead of 2.28.1. I also used the same release notes from 2.28 since we didn't have new ones and we didn't fully release 2.28.
