Add check for was_sustainer property to verify sustainer status

We've added a flag (or will be soon) to all users that have sustainer status in a was_sustainer property on the preferences bucket. This is a more reliable check than checking the subscription_platform and will also enable us to reuse the subscription levels in the future for other upgrades.

Test

On a non-sustainer account, view the preferences. You should not see the sustainer icon switch.
Log in with a sustainer account that has the was_sustainer flag (DM me in Slack for creds).
You should see the sustainer icon switch and it should still work!
