Updated favicon with white background #3157

Test

  1. Open https://app.simplenote.com/ in your browser
  2. Select the windows accent color to blue
  3. Pin your SimpleNote tab

Release

This new favicon is based on the app-icon.icns from the project, has the same 64x64, 32x32 and 16x16 RGBA versions as the old one, and is almost the same size.
