I propose to add release notes for the 1.0.4 release.

Review release notes and check if all prominent changes are included

Is there a good source that I should check for this to make sure nothing is missed? Should I be looking at the Shipped for the Studio App or through the merged PRs? Mostly asking for the future reviews to optimize my process.

Other than that, the notes look good and seem to highlight main changes.

I usually create a draft release and use the 'Generate release notes' feature to generate a rough list of changes. When I need to update or review, I usually look at closed PRs.
