Steps to reproduce

Change the language on your OS to something that is not English e.g. Spanish
Start the app
Observe that some of the items in the topbar are not translated e.g. File or Edit

What you expected to happen

The items to be translated to the OS language

What actually happened

The items were not translated to the OS language

Impact

Most (> 50%)

There is no user impact

Seems to be related to Electron bug: https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/26231
