On the plugin settings page, there is a sentence at the bottom that reads "For more information about these settings, and about the Super Cool Ad Inserter Plugin in general, see the plugin's documentation on GitHub."
That sentence contains a hyperlink that points at https://github.com/Automattic/super-cool-adinserter-plugin/tree/master/docs — that's a 404 page.
It should instead point at https://github.com/Automattic/super-cool-ad-inserter-plugin/tree/master/docs
