Remove plugin-autoupdate-filter from gitignore #189

This line should go away: https://github.com/Automattic/team51-cli/blob/0d9b79a6bab09e45530a75061101382ba90e0b74/scaffold/templates/gitignore#L22

Why? Because we don't want to track this plugin in GH. It now autoupdates itself like a normal plugin.
