URL redirecting to Prod after create-development-site #195

After creating a development site for --site-id=1202622, I had to manually run wp search-replace prod-domain.com dev-domain.com to open the site without redirecting to the production URL.

This might be related to Multisite only.

We could bring over these two lines from the new CLI 😄 Thoughts?
