Lovecraft: No "Continue Reading" button after excerpts #3277

Steps to replicate

Activate Lovecraft with front page set to latest posts
Write a post. Add a custom excerpt and more text.

Result

When I publish, the front page shows the excerpt but no "Continue Reading" option. If I do not include a custom excerpt, an excerpt is generated and a Continue Reading link appears.

Expected

I would expect "Continue Reading" to appear so it's clear there is more text.
