Improvement: Option to Hide the Archive Title Prefix on Category Pages

What

Users tend to ask for a way to hide the Archive Title Prefix on Category Pages. Here are a couple of examples:

• https://redhillthemedemo.wordpress.com/category/mindfulness/
• https://independentpublisher2demo.wordpress.com/category/artwork/

Why

It would be awesome for users to have control over displaying the Title Prefix or not. This is something that can be implemented with some Custom CSS code, but sometimes it can get very complicated (e.g. when the theme doesn't offer a selector for the prefix).
