Steps to replicate

A user came in and reported an issue with the form block they had on their page. The Button was appearing correctly in the editor but in the preview and final live version, the button appeared bottom justified with no border. Also, the Phone outline of the form block has extra weight to it via the preview and live versions. I was able to replicate this on my test page using the same theme as shown below.

Expected

The block should not have these errors and should be showing a centered button with correctly weighted lines

I had another issue like this, where the button appears rounded in the Editor, but is displayed different when previewing and viewing the site live.
