Rebalance: Social Media Buttons not showing on first blog post #410

A user reported an issue with Rebalance and social media buttons:

On their homepage, they are showing the latest blog posts, at the bottom of each post excerpt the social media buttons are being shown, expert for the first post.

Changing the dates of the posts, so show a different post first, does not make any difference. The most recent post does not show the social media buttons.

I have set up a test Premium site and have been able to recreate the error: ​https://rach20180919.com/

My strong guess here, is for this to work correctly, the Featured Project loop would have to be completely refactored using WP_Query.

This seems like quite a bit of work.
