If we add a Cookies & Consents Banner widget to a website using the Blask theme, it will be displayed on all pages, except for the ones using a Portfolio template.
Steps to reproduce
Install the Blask theme
Add a Cookies & Consents Banner to the footer area of your website (I have tested both Footer areas 1 & 2)
Check the website now: you should see the banner on all your pages
Edit one of the pages, so that it uses a Portfolio template
What you expected to happen
This page should display the banner, even though it's using a Portfolio template.
What actually happened
The page is no longer showing the banner, instead.
