What

On the page that shows a user's blog posts, give the option in the customizer to have that page show excerpts.

Why

Currently, this is provided by a plugin. I see no reason why it shouldn't be a native option with the theme. Product gap located by assisting in 32613713-hc, where the user was explicitly looking for this feature.

How

Under "Site Identity", provide a toggle/dropdown to shift between full text and post excerpts on the blog posts page/homepage.

I noticed that the paid extension https://woocommerce.com/document/storefront-blog-customiser/ also does not add this feature.
