Varia(& the child themes): distorted editor when grouping a slideshow block inside a Layout Grid block

Quick summary

• The editor glitches and creates a huge slideshow block if grouped within a Layout Grid block

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Add a Layout Grid block with a 2 columns layout
3. Add text on the left and a tiled gallery on the right (if you skip this, the slideshow will only have a very big width)
4. Add a Slideshow block on the right and Group that one.

The editor had a huge width and height (almost impossible to scroll through)

I have tested this with Varia, Exford and Alves and they all behave the same.

I could not replicate this with Blockbase, Blank Canvas or other themes.
