Steps to reproduce

• Activate Skatepark on a simple site or an Atomic site.
• Add the "Social icons" block to the header area.
• Click on that block on the list view. Not the inner social icons.
• See that the "+" button to add more social icons is not legible.

The "+" button is legible.

The "+" button is not legible. In the table below, you can see that it's just Skatepark that's affected.

Hmm, the bot marked it as a blocker because I set "No and the platform is unusable". Technically, it's not a blocker but the "+" button is not legible at all. So, I'll leave "No and the platform is unusable" as such but we could downgrade the priority to "High". I'll let the next PQA do that.
