[Theme] Calyx - Add visual change when hovering over Subscribe block button

Quick summary

On the Subscribe block, the mouse pointer doesn't change to "Pointing hand" when hovering over the Subscribe button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Activate Calyx theme on a Simple site
2. Add a Subscribe Block to a page or post and publish it.
3. Hover on the Subscribe button.

What you expected to happen

The mouse pointer should be changed to a "Pointing hand".

What actually happened

The mouse pointer remains as an Arrow.

The Subscribe is still clickable with the Arrow pointer and works.

Also noticed on the CTLG theme.

📌 FINDINGS/SCREENSHOTS/VIDEO

• Not all themes change the pointer when hovering over the Subscribe button. In my tests, Twenty Twenty One and Zoologist show pointer changes when hovering over Subscribe, while Twenty Twenty-Three, Archivo, and Calyx show no pointer event.

I will note that the other tested themes that show no pointer change do show a hover color change, making it things feel more intuitive.
