Soho: Fonts Not Rendering Bold On Firefox

I had a customer in live chat today with theme Soho and while they selected the bold option for parts of their text, it was not showing on the live site in Firefox. It does show on Chrome. The issue was happening for several fonts:

1. Create a post and make part of it bold
2. Publish post and view it on Chrome - bold font is rendering correctly:

3. View the same post on Firefox - the bold font is almost invisible:

Fonts that did not render on Firefox and that I tested: 1) Minion Pro 2) Merriweather Sans 3) Lora

I tested just a few but it looks like it is most of them.

Additional details:

• Firefox Version: Firefox Quantum 66.0.2 (64-bit)
• The issue was happening on both AT and non-AT sites

I gave them a temporary CSS fix to make the bold fonts render:

strong { font-weight: 700; }
