1. Activate the Twenty Fourteen theme.
2. Visit the site on a large screen.

What you expected to happen

The contents will adjust on a large screen size.

What actually happened

On large screen sizes, the contents remained on the left leaving an empty space on the right. The contents do not adjust on large screen sizes.

I would not say this is a but, it is just the theme works. If you look at other older bundled themes, they also have limited width.

At any rate, if you feel this should be changed, please go ahead and upen an issue upstream https://trac.wordpress.org/
