On iPhone, hyphens and indentation don't appear on the submenu items. Works fine on Android though.
I expected to see hyphens and indents like on Android:
Submenu items had no hyphens or indents on iPhone 12 and 15:

Exactly as OP said. It works on desktop and Android but not on iOS. Tried Safari and Chrome on iOS.
