Blocks not going full width in page editor Creatio 2

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a simple site with Creatio 2
2. Create a page in the page editor (not site editor)
3. Add a group block and some content to it.
4. Notice how the group block is not full width.
5. Try to make it full width with any icon or the block settings and it stays narrow with gaps down the sides in the editor page
6. Go to the site editor and notice how when viewing the page the content within it is now full width.

There are gaps down each side of the content in the page editor but not in the site editor.
