Assembler Theme - No Background Color Setting for Heading Block

1. Switch to Assembler Theme
2. Add Heading block and open styles in the block settings. No background option will be available.

Background color will be available in the Styles tab in the sidebar, as on other themes.

After switching to the Assembler theme, the background color option is not available in the sidebar.
