Improve documentation and messaging around Preview plugin

• Add some additional documentation to communicate that how the Preview plugin works, and emphasize that it requires the Next.js boilerplate to work.
• Update the settings screen to reiterate that the Next.js boilerplate is required.

This addresses questions raised in https://github.com/Automattic/vip-decoupled-bundle/pull/59.
