Update statistics logic

This pull request updates the statistics logic.

Updates include:

• Ensuring WPScan results and PHPCS results are reported separately.
• Rename statistics constants for HTTP API logic, ensure they are sent to statistics API.
• Ensure statistic keys is sent in lower case to statistics API.
• Ensure repository owner is used in statistics.
• Ensure statistics is gathered for WPScan API in all cases.
