Free trial follow-up: Clean up WooCommerce Payments copy customization codes #1072

Description

Woo Payments Setup customizations implemented in https://github.com/Automattic/wc-calypso-bridge/pull/977/files is mostly outdated now and needs cleanup. This only applies to "Setup page", I believe dashboard, deposits, and transactions may still have them.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Clean up setup page customization codes from https://github.com/Automattic/wc-calypso-bridge/pull/977/files

It seems the Payments connect page is updated and no longer presents the free trial notice.

This issue is updated to remove the original code, but perhaps moving forward a new free trial customization should be decided.
