With the implementation of #7090 for handling server errors on saving the WooPayments Settings, we display them in the bottom left corner, which works well, but sometimes, it could be confusing on which field the error refers to.
Testing instructions
Connect a Japanese account.
Go to the WooCommerce settings page.
Set the country to Japan and save.
Navigate to WooPayments -> Settings and scroll down to Support phone number
Enter a non-Japanese phone number.
Save the settings and verify a second error notice is displayed.
Acceptance criteria
Display the server error next to the referred field.
This issue impacts Payments settings page, so assigning to Moltres (based on team responsibilities Pc2DNy-3z-p2) @daquinons. Assigning as part of Gamma Triage process PcreKM-yM-p2.
