Bug Description:

Padding fails to display between saved "Credit Cards" under "Payment options" on "Checkout" page.

Environment:

Woocommerce Version: WooCommerce 8.7.0 WooCommerce Payments: 7.4.0-test-3 WordPress version: v6.4.3

PC: Windows 10, Chrome(Version 123.0.6312.59) Firefox (Version 124.0.1)

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create any test site.
  2. Finish setup wizard using United States address as a store address without selecting WooCommerce Payments on Business Details step.
  3. Install and activate all the required plugins.
  4. Install the latest stable version of WooCommerce Payments 7.4.0-test-3
  5. As a merchant, go to the Payments > Settings page, and make sure the "Enable payments via saved cards" setting is enabled.
  6. Go to My account > Payment Methods
  7. Click on Add Payment Method.
  8. Fill the other gateway Credit Card details and click Add Payment Method button. (add atleast 2-3 Credit Card)
  9. Add regular product to cart and go to checkout page.
  10. Observe that, Padding fails to display between saved "Credit Cards" under "Payment options" on "Checkout" page.

Actual Result:

Padding fails to display between saved "Credit Cards" under "Payment options" on "Checkout" page.

Expected Result:

Padding should be properly displayed between saved "Credit Cards" under "Payment options" on "Checkout" page.

I'm seeing the same UI issue with other saved payment methods, which makes me think it's related to some WC or WC Blocks or Gutenberg version.
