Steps To Reproduce:
Create a test site.
Install and activate all the required plugins.
Install and activate the Woocommerce version 8.9.0.20 plugins.
Install and set up WooCommerce Payments in test mode.
Go to "Woocommerce > Settings > Payments > Payment Methods" page.
Disable "WooPayments" option.
Click "Pages > Add New Page" and create a new test page.
Add "Checkout" block using inserter.
Scroll down to Payment section and observe no error mesag eis displayed.
Now go to "Woocommerce > Settings > Payments > Payment Methods" page.
Enable "WooPayments" option.
Navigate to the checkout block page again created in step 7.
Observe that, "This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed." message displayed "Checkout" block editor page after enabling "WooPayments" option
Actual Result:
"This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed." message displayed "Checkout" block editor page after enabling "WooPayments" option from "Woocommerce > Settings > Payments" page.
Expected Result:
"Checkout" block editor page should be displayed properly without any error after enabling "WooPayments" option from "Woocommerce > Settings > Payments" page.
