var/sources is missing #3

Hello,

in the readme to install wp-calypso-bootstrap, to install all dependecies we have to cd /var/sources and do a make. But I can not access to /var/sources because it's missing.

Did I missunderstood or missed something ?

Seems to be that my install didn't work well. I've to see if my proxy didn't block something. Sorry for this false issue
