Problem: There is no context as to why the "No Ads" upsell makes sense on this screen. It feels really out of place.

I can take on removing the banner. Just wondering if we should confirm with someone before removing?

Good thinking. Since this is an upsell, I would think someone from Marketing would want to know if we made this change. I'd ping in their Slack channel for feedback.

I tried to figure out the impact of removing the banner. I found this post although it’s just a snapshot and a bit outdated p9jf6J-FQ-p2 I also chatted about this with marketing folks, and looks like there's no easy way to evaluate the impact of removing this (or any other) upsell banner, since there's no measurable value of removing it. Overall it feels like an overall audit of all the banners would be a better approach, and it would probably require involvement from the Marketing team.

I'd flag this one as a High Effort / High Impact issue that we'll revisit in the future.
