Editor, Media: make the Edit step part of the default Gallery flow #3532

Steps to reproduce

  1. Starting at URL: /post/
  2. Create a gallery
  3. Notice lack of access to uncropped images in the gallery edit flow. Contrast with core.

    Browser / OS version

All of them. All devices.

May I suggest closing this issue due to inactivity and becaue, though it it not easily discoverable, captioning galleries is accessible if you click the Edit link at the top after selecting multiple images for a gallery?

Closing for now and noting it'd be awesome to see the issue raised again the next time Editor+Media is worked on. Also, please re-open if it comes up again!
