Plans: Improve site type buttons design on mobile widths #35520

When on https://wordpress.com/plans for any WordPress.com site on smaller widths (on a mobile devices), the site type buttons Blogs and personal sites, Business sites and online stores look to be a bit off.

These buttons could have margins on the sides and space between the two.
