GSuite Upsell: Too many buttons! #36740

When on mobile web, the GSuite upsell (add a domain to your cart and you'll often find this upsell) has a bunch of buttons, stacked, at the bottom of the screen. The primary one is grayed out, so it's really confusing as to what to do next:

There's also a button to "Remove User", which should probably be hidden until a user has actually been added.

This whole page needs to be redesigned on mobile to avoid the confusing button-mania at the bottom.
