JP NUX: Do not advertise backups for multisites #39421

Steps to reproduce

  1. Starting in wp-admin of a mulisite self-hosted site. Activate/connected JP.
  2. See the wordpress.com JP plan page.

What I expected

Not to see mentions of backups.

What happened instead

See mentions of backups.
