It’d be good to do another iteration on design details, particularly regarding focus and hierarchy of elements presented. It is a critical (and likely stressful) experience that needs to be reassuring and clean.

Examples:

  1. Deactivate CTAs until user completed the main task in the interface, rather than affording the error.
  2. Restructure (reducing as relevant) the copy a bit so it’s less of a busy interface with lots to read. It can and should feel soothing.
  3. It’d be good to design a good confirmation email, reassuring, delightful. As this is an important step in the experience. I wonder if there is a need for a follow up, via a second email or from support.

Let's go over the flow and make sure the button behavior works as expected and optimize the copy.

A follow-up email is a good thought as well, but can be distinct from this issue.

We can do an audit here but if we find large pieces of work, let's add this as a brief and create a project.
