Can't restore reusable blocks within Calypso

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Reusable Block
2. Trash that block, either by the block menu > Remove from Reusable blocks, or from the manage all reusable blocks (https://wordpress.com/types/wp_block/{site})
3. Go to the Reusable blocks manager and check the trash (https://wordpress.com/types/wp_block/trashed/{site})
4. Try to restore the block

What I expected

For an option to restore the block from the trash.

What happened instead

Delete Permanently is the only option available

I was able to see and restore the site via a direct access to the blocks (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=trash&post_type=wp_block). This should also be available within Calypso.

Browser / OS version

For me: Firefox 74.0.1 (64-bit) MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287)
