Recurring Payments <==> Mailchimp: Remove checkbox #41597

Recurring Payments checkout flow has a checkbox to confirm email list signup. We can remove that.

This has been open for some time, so I wanted to note that I did retest the behavior and the "Sign me up to receive exclusive member updates." checkbox is still appearing.

Added the "Type: Task" to the report.
