Recurring payments: Order of button background and text color settings.

I noticed that the order of background and text color settings for the recurring payments button is different than for the core Buttons block (and other blocks that have color settings, like paragraph, group, etc.). It's a minor thing, but it makes for a more streamlined user expereince.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a Buttons block to a post or a page.
2. Go to the Color settings in the right column. Note that the text color comes first.
3. Add recurring payments block. Go to the "Button color settings" in the right column.
4. Note that the background color comes first.

What I expected

For the recurring payments block to follow the same pattern for color settings as other core blocks.
