Email forwarding: Email settings (Manage > Domains > Email) giving blank page when clicked #42873

A user reached out to us on chat and informed that it seems the Email tab gives them blank page when they wanted to check the status of their e-mail forwarding.

I tested on my test sites, and I found out that the Email tab will be populated for G Suite subscription only.

Steps to reproduce

Create e-mail forward on the domain name image Direct link: https://cldup.com/ZDh_XNw3Fc.png

Check the e-mail forward setting by clicking 'Email' tab when accessing it from Manage > Domains. It's empty: image Direct link: https://cldup.com/MBhxcwxo_f.png

What I expected

I actually expected I can see the e-mail forwarding setting under 'Email' tab because it's part of e-mail system.

What happened instead

Empty page

Discussion/concerns

I understand that we can access the E-mail Forwarding setting from Manage > Domains > (domain name) > Manage your email account:

And yes, it shows the settings as expected:

However, the tab 'Email' is bit, if I may, misleading (?) as folks thought 'Email' tab == displaying every email system on their site, including e-mail forwarding. Especially if the Email tab will populate only when the user has G Suite subscription with us.

In this case, maybe we can rename the tab? Something like 'G Suite licenses/email'?

Browser / OS version

Chrome / macOS Catalina 10.15.4

Context / Source

User report and I can replicate it on my test sites. I understand the confusion and it would be nice if we can re-label it to manage folks' expectations when they click certain element on our dashboard interface.
