Gutenberg: Captions in Slideshow block display only if already present in Media library file

Steps to reproduce

1. Starting at the editor
2. Insert a Slideshow block and insert a media item which does not have a caption, and save
3. Go to Media library, add a caption to the image

What I expected

To see the Slideshow block update with the newly added caption

What happened instead

In fact, we can only see the caption if we delete the Slideshow block and add it again.
