Decouple `ReaderPreview` from Calypso and make available in `@automattic/social-previews` #44380

Currently, the ReaderPreview component has a number of areas which couple it tightly to state and components in Calypso.

depends on some constants in client/state/reader/posts/display-types.js. How do we access this state?
depends on ReaderPostCard from blocks/reader-post-card.

If these can be decoupled then the component can be exposed in the @automattic/social-previews package and made available in Jetpack environments.
