Image block: pexels label cuts out #44610

Note how "Replace", "Google Photos" and "Pexels Free Photos" doesn't align nicely and cuts out.

cc @lessbloat would this be for Manage teams to triage? I wasn't sure about repository, feel free to transfer elsewhere!

@kwight looks like this has been fixed, testing in Gutenberg: 9.0.0:

I actually was about to report that they've lost their "button" appearance and then found this issue. :-D

Should they be link colored at least to appear more like something you can click? Or even just regular is-secondary is-small buttons with icon prop so they behave "natively" like the rest of the UI?
